Class Descriptions
- Restorative classes will leave you nourished and well rested. Postures are held for several minutes at a time and are deeply supported by blankets, blocks, straps, and other props. Ideal for students experiencing fatigue, chronic pain, insomnia, stress or tension in their lives.
- Naada 1 classes are for those with little to no previous yoga experience. We recommend students take a minimum of three level one classes prior to taking any level two class.
- Naada 2 classes are for the experienced yoga practitioner looking to challenge and deepen their yoga practice. With variations for everyone, these classes work at the level of their participants.
- Naada 3 classes are for the advanced yoga practitioner familiar with the Naada sequence. Students must complete at least two level 2 classes before admittance into this class.
- Essentials are informative introductory classes that focus on the foundational elements necessary to support a solid and sustained yoga practice.
- Multi Level is a dynamic flowing 40 min practice that works at the level of the students in the studio. A vegetarian lunch is available after your class with preregistration. For our menu options please click HERE
- Naada Live Workshop Level 2-3: A dynamic flowing two hour practice supported by the energy of live music. Discover the synergy between breath and movement and go further into your practice then you ever thought possible. This workshop is for the advanced practitioner. It is recommended to reserve ahead for this weekly workshop.
- Naada Live Workshop Level 1: Is a 90 minute version of the advanced Naada Live Workshop designed for beginner and intermediate students. This is an introduction to the flowing practice and the perfect place to start.
- Naada Restorative Workshop: This informative restorative workshop explores therapeutic and meditative approaches in the restorative practice. A strong focus is placed on developing a better understanding of the anatomy and physiology behind one’s individual practice.
- Pre / Post Natal: These registered classes provide safe, simple and effective exercises designed to strengthen your body and relax your mind, preparing you for a conscious childbirth. Call Naada yoga today at 514-510-3274 to book your first class.
- Module: These monthly training modules cover subjects such as Meditation, Pranayama, Asana, Naada, and other approaches related to the physical, pranic and meditative aspects of yoga as a complete system for awakening to our true potential. Drop In: All classes are available to drop into at our regular drop in rates except for preregistered courses.
