THERAPEUTIC
Therapeutic Yoga classes are particularly effective practices for those recovering from, or living with injury or illness. These classes blend restorative practices (postures supported entirely by yoga props), gentle yoga, breath work, and guided meditation techniques combined in such a way to reduce stress and help restore you back towards better balance. Restorative
Take a load off, clear your mind and restore your body. This practice introduces you to deep relaxation, the usage of props (including the yoga wall), and the more subtle aspects of breathing and meditation. This class is recommended for beginners.
Meditation
A great place to begin or evolve your yoga practice. Learn how meditation can be integrated into your yoga practice through the study of ancient teachings and modern day practices.
BEGINNER
Learn the essential yoga postures in a safe environment at a comfortable speed. These teachings aim to help establish the foundations for an effective and enjoyable Yoga practice. Students can expect to practice both passive and active Hatha Yoga exercises that establish physical and mental clarity and calmness
LEVEL 1
Designed as both an introductory class for new students and an excellent way for experienced students to brush up on the basics. Level one classes covers the essentials that form the foundation of a safe, effective, and enjoyable yoga practice, while exploring more deeply a specific aspect of the practice each week.
RISE AND SHINE
Wake up before the sun and practice yoga as it rises. This one hour class is perfect for the student interested in beginning their day with a head-start. Classes focus on refinement of the essential yoga postures and their integration with breath and meditation. This class is recommended for beginners.
ENERGIZER
Don’t have much time? Try this 45 minute class as it is a perfect introduction to the efficiency of yoga. Take a break in the middle of your day and benefit from the essential yoga poses and their impact to minimize your stress. This class is recommended for beginners.
COMMUNITY
These classes are a great place to benefit from yoga while contributing to your community. These are beginner, donation-based classes, taught by Naada Yoga Teachers in Training, with all proceeds going towards the Yoga Mala Foundation. YOGA WALL 1
Discover how gravity can refine and deepen your yoga practice in a safe and supportive way. A great place for yoga wall novices where you will learn the essential poses with the aid of the yoga wall and enhance your body’s breath and endurance. Previous experience in yoga is suggested but not mandatory. This class is not suitable for pregnant women.
INTERMEDIATE
The word intermediate means “occurring between two extremes”. Previous yoga experience is required for these classes as the foundations of these classes are vinyasa in style. After diligent commitment to your yoga practice it is natural your body and mind will require more challenge. If level one classes seem too easy and advanced classes too daunting then these classes are meant for you. Students can expect to be introduced to more physically demanding postures like inversions and challenging leg and arm balances while learning the basics of a pranayama practice (specific breathing techniques).
LEVEL 2
Designed to help you refine your alignment while developing your stamina. This flowing practice will teach you to coordinate your breath and movement in the essential and more advanced postures and introduce you to safe inversions. Previous yoga experience is required.
YOGA WALL LEVEL 2

ADVANCED
You have been a great student of Yoga and persevered your practice towards more suppleness and stableness. Now you are ready to integrate Yoga’s diverse practices and deepen your path. These classes are meant for students with a minimum of one-year previous Yoga experience. Students can expect these classes to incorporate traditional and modern practices of Hatha yoga passed down throughout the lineage of Sri T. Krishnamacharya. Previous experience in inversions and pranayama is recommended
NAADA LIVE
Experience for yourself this truly unique weekly event of our signature flowing sequence practiced to the inspiring support of live music. Designed for experienced yoga practitioners looking to challenge and deepen their yoga practice through the essential and advanced postures. Minimum one year of experience recommended.

Prenatal or Pregnancy yoga – 90min
Prenatal yoga class provide a nurturing environment for women to foster health and wellness for both the mom and the baby inside. Through yoga postures, guided relaxation and breath awareness you will prepare the body and mind for the birth, and at the same time relieve the discomfort and stress associated with pregnancy.
At Naada Yoga Family you will find a safe and supportive environment to practice along with a welcoming community of women guided by a certified teacher.
These classes will leave you feeling strong, relaxed and more connected to yourself and your baby.
No Yoga experience is required and you can join the class when you are ready. We encourage you to modify any posture or to rest if you need to. Please consult your doctor or midwife.
Mom/Dad & baby yoga (postnatal) – 60min
Congratulations on your beautiful baby! We look forward to practicing yoga with you and your little one.
Postnatal yoga classes provide a welcoming environment for you to rebuild your strength and flexibility after many months of growing your baby, to bond with him or her and to connect with other moms.
We pay special attention to your little one by including him or her in some postures, by giving short baby massages or even singing. You will always be able take a pause to feed or soothe your baby. You will rejoin the practice whenever you’re ready.
Please come to class after having your doctor’s or midwife’s approval. The overall recommended time is 6 to 8 weeks after the delivery of your baby. If you had a caesarian section, it would be between 8 and 10 weeks.
Mom/Dad Yoga – 60min
This is a class dedicated to the adult who is home with the child and would like to keep up a personal yoga practice. It’s a baby/child friendly class. Moms to be are welcome too! Our hope is that your child will play in the room, copy some yoga postures and have a good time while parents get to practice.
1 (walking) to 3 years old – 60min
This class can also be called yoga playgroup. We’ll play play play with your kids introducing yoga through games, songs, story time, toys and anything that will keep them engaged.
Teachers will work with parents actively in creating a safe and enjoyable environment to encourage kids to focus their minds and bodies through the use of yoga poses and relaxation techniques.
It’s an excellent opportunity for caregivers to bond with their little ones and practice presence of mind and body together.
2 to 5 years old – 60min
This class runs at the same time as an adult regular yoga class to offer parents the opportunity to practice by themselves while we introduce yoga to your little ones.
4 to 6 years-olds – 60min
Ages 7 to 9 – 60min
In this class we’ll keep the fun as we start doing more breathing exercises to foster mindfulness into their lives.
Ages 5 to 10 – 60min (Sundays)
While your little yogis prepare themselves with skills for a healthier life you can too and simultaneously take your own yoga class without their disruption.
Pre – Teens & Teens (ages 10-15) – 60min
Family Yoga (2 years old and up)– 60min
Family needs time and care to work and grow healthily. Yoga is perfect for this. We encourage the use of play to strengthen the bonds between the parent/child interaction. Family Yoga combines elements of an adult yoga class such as yoga poses, meditation and breath awareness through partner poses.
