She has a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Visual Arts and a Graduate Diploma in Teaching. She is apt at working with her hands and believes in the creation and power of intention. Ashley joined the Naada Yoga family as a volunteer in 2018, and is thrilled to be joining the team as a massage therapist. Ashley is very excited to be working in an environment like Naada, as she believes massage and yoga go hand-in-hand when it comes to self-care through mindfulness. She prides herself on providing a space where her clients can truly let go and feel safe. Her massages are often slow and deep, as she combines her training in Swedish, Deep Flow, Thai Massage with oil, and Deep Tissue to
provide a tailored treatment for each client. Ashley also offers prenatal massage for women in their second and third trimester.
Katharine completed her training at the Ontario College of Health and Technology in Stoney Creek, Ontario where she studied a clinical based approach to therapeutic massage. Katharine is experienced in both Fasciatherapy and Swedish massage techniques and her detailed approach focuses on sensing and unraveling held tensions. She is proficient in treating musculoskeletal conditions, post injury and post operative cases as well as alleviating stress and promoting relaxation.

Now she is happy to be back with her family in her home of Montreal and continue to provide people with caring, hands-on therapy.
