Swedish 60 min / 75 min / 90 min / 120 min
Therapeutic massage 60 min /75 min /90 min /120 min
Therapeutic massage is a modality that helps relieve pain, reduce stress, and work on a specific problem—such as a frozen shoulder. It is typically done without oils and focuses on stimulating circulation and oxygenation to fascia and surrounding tissues to better release sustained tension. Our therapists will apply the specific techniques and the right amount of pressure to address your individual needs.
Thai oil massage 60 min /90 min / 120 min
Thai oil massage therapy is a specialized combination of traditional Thai massage and relaxing aromatherapy techniques highly recommended for those looking to reduce and heal pain. It makes use of stimulating and fluid maneuvers through the application of oils and is based on traditional Thai healing bodywork that focuses on the energetic lines, called sen lines, located throughout the body.
Pre/postnatal massage 60 min / 75 min / 90 min
Prenatal and postnatal massage are a series of techniques involving deep and relaxing bodywork to improve circulation, take strain off muscles and joints, and help support the health and well being of mothers during prenatal and postpartum pregnancy phases. These relaxing therapies help calm the nerves and reduce the strain and stress that pregnancy and postpartum often cause. Our therapists who specialize in these techniques adapt their approach to meet the needs of each individual during all phases of motherhood.
Shiatsu 60 min / 90 min / 120 min
Shiatsu practice originated in Japan, based on traditional Chinese medicine, and aims to amplify the body’s own ability to heal itself. It uses kneading, pressing, soothing, tapping, and stretching techniques and is performed without oils through light, comfortable clothing. Pressure applied to points on the body promotes energy flow and corrects disharmonies throughout one’s body. In addition to being a deeply relaxing experience, Shiatsu helps relieve stress, treat pain and illness, and contributes to a patient’s overall health and wellbeing.
