Getting here: Bike / Metro / Bus / Car

Car

If arriving by car you can find parking just north of the studio on St. Viateur. Parking can also be found on McGuire, 1 block south of the studio. Parking directly in front of the studio is for loading only. You can plan your trip from your door to ours using map quest.

Metro

The closest metro is 5 blocks south at Laurier and St. Denis. After exiting from the Laurier exit, walk west 5 blocks to Casgrain ave. Turn right (north) and walk 4 blocks towards St. Viateur. You can view a map of Montreal’s Metro system here.

Bus

From the south take the 55 north on St. Laurent and get off at St. Viateur. Walk two blocks east on St. Viateur and turn Right (south) on Casgrain Ave.
From the North take the 55 south and exit on St. Viateur. Walk three blocks east on St. Viateur and head south on Casgrain Ave. Or you can hop on board the 80 parc bus and get off at St. Viateur. Walk east on St. Viateur till you reach Casgrain Ave and turn right.View a map of Montreal’s Bus network here.

Studio Etiquette:

  • Arrive on time for your class…late arrivals can be disruptive and may not be accommodated.
  • Classes are practiced barefoot. Upon entering the studio, leave your shoes in the designated area.
  • Turn off all electronic devices that may be disruptive to others.
  • Advise the instructor of any injury or medical condition (including pregnancy) before class starts.
  • Once the instructor begins class, refrain from talking to others.
  • Keep voices low while in the studio, reception area and change rooms.
  • If possible reserve questions for after the class
  • Remember to pick up and neatly put away props used during the class.
  • To maximize benefits from your practice, stay for a full savasana, the final relaxation pose.
  • Go at your own pace. Be gentle and respectful towards your body, never moving to the point of pain.
  • If you must leave early, tell the instructor in advance, place your mat near the door and leave quietly before everyone gets into savasana, the final relaxation pose.
