Ideal for the absolute beginner to the advanced practitioner, every Naada class takes you through a series of strengthening and toning postures in the calm of a sound stage studio. All classes follow a basic structure that is fundamental to the Naada practice.

  • Sound Meditation calms your mind and steadies your breath in preparation for the asana practice.
  • Standing Series builds strength, memory, balance, and endurance using rhythm as guide for your breathe.
  • Floor Series opens your hips and spine relieving tension and improving postural alignment.
  • Savasana is the ultimate in relaxation leaving your body relaxed and your mind calm.
