Deep Relaxation Workshop

This course will explore deep relaxation to better prepare you physically and mentally for the demanding practice of sitting meditation. The poses practiced will oscillate between all major parts of the body including muscles, joints, bones, ligaments, organs, and connective tissues to teach students how to work individually with tight areas. This course will also introduce students to the mental practices of conscious awareness, patience and mindfulness.
