September for most feels like new beginnings. From an early age we anticipate this moment and prepare for new friendships and learning. We at Naada Yoga are also excitedly anticipating the new school year as this September we are thrilled to offer you our largest schedule yet. Enjoy more yoga wall classes, early morning classes, weekend classes, and regular hip opening and inversion classes that will help you advance through levels in no time. We know that by offering you more classes you will be able to better integrate yoga into your life enabling you to discover the empowering benefits of a regular practice.  It all starts September 5th.  See you in the studio!
